Ferrule and gasket mounting machine
The machine, which operates entirely mechanically, is designed for the assembly of three components. In this case, it joins ferrules and gaskets to the cores, with a capacity of 150 + 150 cpm (double circuit).
The machines movements are driven by an electric gear motor and mechanical levers. It consists of a central module, two body feeding stations, two gasket feeding stations, two ferrule feeding stations, and two selective extraction modules. In this case, it assembles ferrules and gaskets to the cores and produces 150 + 150 pieces per minute for the double circuit.
