PT Cover machine
It’s an automatic machine designed to solder two components and verify both the dimensional quality of the elements comprising the assemblies and the dimensional quality of the soldered assemblies, thanks to the use of a 3D camera located in the final control area.
An indexed table, powered by electronic manipulators and equipped with sophisticated vision control systems, is responsible for feeding, soldering, and verifying a part of the vehicle safety system.
